You may use WupMailer only for lawful communication and marketing in compliance with anti-spam regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Any misuse may lead to immediate termination of your account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Wuphub is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

3. Payments

Subscriptions and paid plans are billed according to the selected pricing tier. Failure to make payments may suspend or terminate your access to the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

WupMailer and all associated software, branding, and materials are owned by Wuphub. You retain ownership of your content and grant Wuphub permission to process it for service functionality.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use WupMailer for spam, phishing, or illegal content. Any abuse will result in account suspension without refund.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wuphub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WupMailer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
